UV Roofing Solution:
We began by installing an Owens Corning COOL Roof to replace the damaged materials and give the home stronger insulation and better protection against heat. This upgrade alone made the house feel newer, brighter, and less vulnerable to temperature swings.
Then we designed an 8.5 kW Maxeon solar system to eliminate their Edison bill and generate reliable, long-term power. Maxeon was the right choice for a foothill home — high efficiency, strong performance in varying conditions, and unmatched durability.
