UV Roofing Solution:
We installed a new Title 24 Cool Roof to lower heat, improve comfort, and support a premium Maxeon solar system. At their request, we created a custom shingle pattern that forms a perfect smiley face — carefully engineered, so it aligns beautifully with the roof structure without affecting waterproofing or durability.
For solar, we designed an 11.50 kW Maxeon system across the main and upper roofs to maximize production while keeping the smiley visible. Panel placement was balanced for efficiency, symmetry, and clean aesthetics.
